Welcome to the Imago Life.
When women sit down with me, they are usually exhausted from trying to optimize their life. They feel like they are failing a system that wasn’t built for them.
The Imago Life isn’t about adding more rules. Your health is not something that was ever intended to be managed or biohacked. It comes with reverence for your innate gifts and natural environments.
I use my training in holistic nutrition and seasonal rhythms to help you tune into the wisdom within your own skin. You already possess the intuition, the joy and the health you are looking for - it’s just buried under years of systems, expectations and environments that you weren’t made for. My role is simply helping you slow down, to cultivate presence over performance, and remember that you are your own greatest authority on your own wellness.
The Imago Life isn’t about protocols or programs - it’s about permission.
My name is Jen Griffing and I am so grateful you are here!
The Heart Behind the Imago Life
The term Imago Dei means "image of God." To me, it is the foundational truth that you were created with a purpose—fearfully and wonderfully made, to be a gift to the world in this exact time and this exact place. It means you possess an inherent, unchangeable value that has nothing to do with how well you perform or optimize your life.
Viewing yourself through this lens changes everything. It challenges us to:
Honor Our Relational Design: Recognizing that we aren't meant to walk alone. We are designed for deep, meaningful connection with our environment, ourselves, and others.
Embrace Our Purpose: Remembering that our bodies are not projects to be fixed. We are here to live out our unique callings, using our gifts and creativity to make a loving impact on the world around us.
Restore Through Exploration: Travel is a vital access point to restoration. It breaks the illusion that our current life is the only possible one, allowing us to translate that deep level of presence back into our daily lives as we find rest, adventure, and true connection in the world God created to nourish us.
When you honor these gifts and step back into the natural rhythms of your environment, health isn't a system you have to fight anymore—it simply comes naturally.
There is a beautiful truth tucked inside this journey: it is never just for you. When you choose to slow down, heal, and live with presence, you bring peace to the rhythm of your entire home. By stepping out of survival mode, you give your children, your partner, and everyone you love a living blueprint of what it looks like to rest in their innate worth. Your healing becomes their invitation to do the same.
"You just might find that your transformation is their permission."
